The Aaron Hotchner depicter considers a lawsuit against the 'Criminal Minds' producers while former co-star Shemar Moore takes a jab at him on Instagram.

AceShowbiz - Thomas Gibson lawyers up after he was fired from "Criminal Minds". He will meet with lawyers at Miller Barondess firm to discuss possible legal action against producers on the CBS procedural series following his contract termination.

Gibson who led the show since its 2005 inception kicked writer/producer Virgil Williams on the shins during the actor's directing stint. He was originally suspended before eventually dismissed for good after the on-set drama was exposed to public.

In response, Gibson issued a statement showing his love for "Criminal Minds" and thanking producers and everyone on the show. He refused to apology and said this instead, "I had hoped to see it through to the end, but that won't be possible now."

Amid the drama, Shemar Moore who co-starred with Gibson on the show until last season posted a "karma" video on Instagram. In a now-deleted clip, Moore seemed to take a jab at the fired actor, "Lot of birdies chirping out there; the gossip is real."

Without mentioning Gibson's name, Moore said, "I hear it. I see it. I'm sure a lot of you do, too, so I'll just say this: I believe in karma. Good things happen to good people. Honest people. Hard-working people. Humble people. People who believe in basic goodness. People who believe in themselves. People who believe in others."

"Good things will happen to you; it's not always easy; but you gotta grind it out and you gotta believe in you. Treat people how you expect them to treat you. Celebrate yourself; celebrate your blessings - as you should. But just know that you're not better than anybody. We all have our own gifts, so unwrap them bad boys and show 'em off. But then appreciate other people's gifts. Church is over."

Rumor has it, Shemar Moore left "Criminal Minds" over his feud with Thomas Gibson. In a 2014 lawsuit filed by Gibson's ex-manager Craig Dorfman over unpaid commissions, it's indeed mentioned that Gibson had a history of butting heads with Moore and another co-star Mandy Patinkin. Dorfman claimed he had to step in to prevent Gibson from "physically attacking Moore."

"On Criminal Minds, Gibson believed the producers, directors, writers, and cast members were incompetent and inferior to him," Dorfman said in his lawsuit. "Not surprisingly, given Gibson's condescending attitude towards his colleagues, Gibson often verbally sparred with his co-workers, with one incident almost resulting in fisticuffs on the set." Due to Gibson's bad behavior, he often had to "cajole network executives, assuage angry producers, and manage Gibson's talent agents and publicists."
