Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams have not reached any settlement on their divorce. Court documents reveals the former couple cannot decide what to do with their eight pets and how to handle their money.

Moore and Adams announced their divorce in January after six years of marriage. "It is a respectful, amicable parting of ways," reps of the stars said in a statement at that time. She filed for a divorce from him in Los Angeles while he was in New York, asking for spousal support.

The court docs now reveal that she apparently earns only less than a quarter of Adams' monthly earning which is $151k. She admitted in the papers that Adams paid half of their mortgage, property taxes and insurance on their L.A. home but her earnings cannot cover all the expenses. "I feel as if I have no alternative," Moore wrote in her petition.

She also requested help in taking care of the couple's dogs and cats. She claimed Adams offered to take two of the cats but did not. "Although I love our pets, it is overwhelming for me to take care of eight of them all of the time," Moore wrote.

She now wants Adams to pay her $37k per month and take four of their pets until they reach an agreement on divorce terms. "Without Ryan's help caring for the house and our pets, I have not been able to work as much as I would like," she wrote.
