In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star also opens up about her decision to put the brakes on their divorce.

Khloe Kardashian discusses Lamar Odom's current health situation during an interview on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" which airs on Monday, November 16. When Ellen DeGeneres asked if Lamar knows about what happened to him, Khloe replies, "Well, I can't tell him. We tell him that he had a brain injury, but we can't tell him how that brain injury was caused, because that will set him back."
"He never asks why he's here. He doesn't ask," the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star continues, "He's really confused a lot - sometimes he knows who the president is and his birthday, and sometimes he thinks he's 26, and I say I bet you wish you were 26, so do I!"
Khloe adds that while the strokes Lamar suffered affected some of his emotions as well as other parts of the brain, "he is able to smile and laugh at appropriate times." One day, she walked in on him laughing while watching "Ellen".
Khloe says Lamar is "learning how to walk again and feed himself again and put sentences together." She explains, "Cognitively there's a lot - it's a long, long road ahead... He couldn't put a lot of words together today. But he understands."
When asked about her decision to put the brakes on Lamar divorce, Khloe says, "I'm there helping him and I love him and I've always loved him. And that will never change. And I just feel like it's a really insensitive thing to fast-forward a divorce."
"I love him and I always will, and he's a fantastic person who deserves support and love and for someone to be by his side, and for me, I'm that to him," she adds, "And thank God I have a fantastic family who loves me and loves him just as much. And they're so supportive and they're with me and I have a great boyfriend who's understanding."
Khloe says her current relationships with James Harden and Lamar are "very unique." She then jokes that she's "part of polygamy now that I have a husband. I have a boyfriend. That's a way easier thing to say. Right?" Ellen says that Khloe's not there yet because she would have to marry James if she wants to be a polygamist.
