"[As a teen] I was left on my own," the former Playboy model tells her therapist while trying to contain her emotion. "I was a young f***** girl. All I wanted was for my mom to say, 'I love you, and I'm here for you.' I never got that."

"When I was a teenager I battled some severe depression," she says. "I attempted suicide a couple times. I went to a mental institution. I battled some severe depression - drugs, overdosing, slitting the wrists, all of that stuff."
