Maroon 5 was forced to postpone one of their concerts in South Korea due to frontman Adam Levine's "neck muscle issues." Local concert organizer Live Nation Korea announced the band was pushing back the show supposed to take place in Daegu on Saturday night, September 5 just two hours before it was scheduled to start.

"The artists and staff tried very hard to prepare for [the concert this past Saturday] until the day before on Friday, but it seemed problematic to proceed with the show given vocalist Adam Levine's neck muscle issues," the organizer explained in a statement.

Levine also shared news about the delay and his neck problem with his Instagram followers. He posted a black-and-white picture of him looking disappointed while wearing a neck brace and said in the caption, "Hey guys. sorry we had to reschedule... I posted this photo of sad neck brace Adam purely for your sympathy."

Maroon 5's South Korean concerts were part of their "V" world tour that supports their latest album of the same name. In addition to the Daegu show, which has now been rescheduled for Thursday, September 10, the band will play two gigs in Seoul this Monday and Wednesday.
