Maroon 5 announces an exciting comeback with an album release and tour lined up for 2023. Lead singer Adam Levine confirms the details in a new television interview.

AceShowbiz - Adam Levine, the frontman of Maroon 5, thrilled fans when he confirmed the band's much-awaited return during his appearance on "The Tonight Show" on Monday night, April 7. Levine revealed that the band is set to drop new music, release an album, and embark on a tour all within this year.
When asked by host Jimmy Fallon about the whispers of new tunes from the band, Levine replied, "I can confirm the rumors are true. It's true. The rumors are correct."
While he remained tight-lipped about many specifics, Levine did share some tantalizing details, "I cannot divulge all the details. But the details are basically, roughly, there's a single coming at the end of the month-ish."
"I'm really excited about it. An album is coming over the summer. Non-specifically around the summertime. And then, even more non-specifically, there is a tour coming in the fall-ish."
The upcoming album will be the follow-up to Maroon 5's 2021 release, "Jordi", which featured prominent artists like Megan Thee Stallion, Stevie Nicks, H.E.R., and YG, and included hit singles "Memories" and "Nobody's Love."
Reflecting on their creative journey, Levine reminisced about working with producer and songwriter Benny Blanco, who contributed to the band's 2011 hit, "Moves Like Jagger."
Describing Blanco as a "fun... hilarious dude," Levine spoke of how the producer encouraged him to consider writing outside the band's collaborative environment. Blanco introduced Levine to some demos, including "Moves Like Jagger" and the hit "Stereo Hearts" for Gym Class Heroes.
Levine credited Blanco with bringing fresh energy and new perspectives to Maroon 5's music creation. "He kind of convinced me to write music away from the band. Because I had only kept it in the band before, so we'd never had outside writers on any of that stuff," Levine said.
However, Levine mentioned that, nowadays, he has returned to writing in isolation, but acknowledges Blanco's impact on his willingness to think beyond the band's traditional framework.
With a new single due at the end of the month and an album slated for a summer release, followed by a fall tour, 2025 is shaping up to be an exhilarating year for Maroon 5 and their fans.
