The Game has to deal with law once again. Less than a month after The Game handed himself into police following a criminal threat charge, Los Angeles Superior Court judge ordered him to pay his kids' former nanny, Karen Monroe, $200,627 after he failed to respond to her lawsuit over Instagram libel.

Monroe filed the lawsuit against the rapper in July 2013 for defamation after he accused her of neglecting his children in an Instagram post. He even called her a "very dangerous baby sitter" in the post.

Monroe further claimed in her suit that The Game lied when he said he fired her after she yelled at his kids, had sex with her boyfriend in the kids' bedroom and left Northern California to "escape from her past of inappropriately touching children." The Game was also said posting a photo of Monroe along with a caption, "Beware if this person is watching your children."

According to a statement in the legal paper, Monroe sustained various damages following the defamatory comments including multiple death threats and losing her job as a baby sitter to singer Kelis and Nas' son.

Monroe noted in the paper that "reputation is everything in the celebrity nanny business." Hence, The Game's comments prevented her from being hired by another famous person. In addition, she claimed to suffer emotional distress including depression and extreme mood swings as the results of the rapper's posting.
