Matt of Team Adam Levine and Craig of Team Blake Shelton are going neck-and-neck as the Top 5 are competing for the spots in the finals.

AceShowbiz - The all-male semifinalists of "The Voice" season 7 were back on stage Monday night, December 8 to deliver two songs each. One of the songs was picked by their coach, while the second song was selected in tribute to their supporters.

Damien performed first, singing Michael Jackson's ballad "She's Out of My Life". "It is probably the most emotionally vulnerable vocal that he ever did," his coach Adam Levine said as all four judges gave a standing ovation at the end of the performance.

Damien stepped out of his comfort zone with upbeat track "I Don't Want to Wait" next, dedicating it to his supporters in his hometown. "What a phenomenal voice, what an incredible spirit and what a way to communicate a message back to the world...your voice is second to none, my friend," Pharrell Williams praised him.

Craig Wayne Boyd delivered his own take on "Workin' Man Blues" picked by his coach Blake Shelton. "I can guarantee you have never heard it done like this," Blake assured viewers about the song he picked. Craig seemed to have a lot of fun singing it and the audience enjoyed it.

Craig showed his vulnerable side when singing "Old Rugged Cross" which almost brought audience as well as Gwen Stefani to tears. "This show makes me cry!" she said, after earlier crying when watching footage of the contestants going home to visit their families.

For her protege Taylor John Williams, Gwen picked "Falling Slowly" because "it's one of his favorite songs ever." "I love hearing you sing," Adam praised Taylor. He later sang Taylor Swift's "Blank Space" and made it his own. "You are a true artist," Gwen gushed.

Matt McAndrew sang Ed Sheeran's "Make It Rain", which was recently featured in "Sons of Anarchy" penultimate episode. The song showcased his forceful vocals and Pharrell called him a star. For his second performance, he opted for "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For". "Just wow," Adam simply commented on his protege's performance.

Chris Jamison sang Maroon 5's "Sugar", which is the band's next single. Chris' voice may not match Adam's, but the coach was still proud of his mentee. Chris' second song "When I Was Your Man" highlighted his falsetto and Adam encouraged America to vote for Chris.

On the Monday performance show, Blake also took the stage to perform his new single "Lonely Tonight" with Ashley Monroe.

On Tuesday, the final three will be announced. The eliminated contestants in the Top 12 will return for the Wildcard Round where they get a chance to return and compete for the title on the finals.
