Despite a power outage that happened during his recent concert at New York City's Apollo Theater, Justin Bieber wouldn't let his devoted fans down and managed to finish the show. Near the end of the gig, the Biebs delivered an energetic performance and sang his hit single "Boyfriend" unplugged to cater the concertgoers.

Donning a white shirt and black pants, the Canadian pop sensation led the Beliebers to sing along with him. He showed some powerful dance moves and kept on singing though the screams of his fans were much louder than his own voice.

During the Monday night, June 18 gig, the alarm went off after a power outage cut the power of the stage instruments including the lightings. The incident happened toward the end of the show which was taped as part of an NBC special and a cross-promotion for Bieber's new album "Believe".

Bieber's manager Scooter Braun told the Associated Press that the 18-year-old singer "started to get frustrated, because it had been 40 minutes." However, the star showed his professionalism by deciding to continue the concert unplugged.

A representative for Apollo, Nina Flowers, said of the boyfriend of Selena Gomez, "What it turned into was an Apollo moment, like one of those impromptu things. He could have stopped; he could have not gone on and said, 'I did everything.' But he came back on."

NBC will air footage from the "Justin Bieber: All Around the World" concert on Thursday, June 21.
