'One Tree Hill' Photos Give Look at Chad Michael Murray's Return

Murray's Lucas Scott is back in Tree Hill to comfort grieving Haley following the disappearance of her husband and his half-brother, Nathan.

Chad Michael Murray will make a comeback in the next episode of "One Tree Hill" and his scenes have been previewed in a batch of pictures. One photo features his character Lucas Scott comforting his sister-in-law Haley, who is grieving over the disappearance of his half-brother Nathan. His presence apparently will be able to bring a smile on Haley's face as seen in another image.

Lucas's return in Hill will be a brief one since he only makes a stop at the airport to pick up his niece and nephew. Haley and Nathan's children will be staying with Lucas while Haley searches for her missing husband.

Speaking of his hair that has grown longer since the last time he was seen on "Hill", Murray jokingly said, "This is my 'Freaky Friday' hair." He added, "It was actually longer when I got here, but they cut it. Lucas couldn't pull off the long hair, I guess. This is what we've got."

The "Hill" episode featuring Murray will air Wednesday, February 22 at 8/7c on The CW. Titled "Last Known Surroundings", it follows Brooke as she comes face-to-face with Xavier. Meanwhile, Julian uncovers evidence that assists Dan in his search for Nathan, and Clay makes a connection with another patient.
