There is more scoop on which "Lost" characters will pay homage for the series' last season. Apart from the confirmed Ian Somerhalder aka Boone, the show will bring back Dominic Monaghan aka Charlie Pace. This actually has been a speculation for months but E! Online ran a story which contains a confirmation.

The publication reported that his appearance is confirmed for the 2010 season because a deal has been reached. Charlie, who is a crack-addicted musician, will show his face in three episodes but there is no clue yet whether he is alive or returns as a flashback. Charlie was last seen drowning in a vault filled with water.

On July 25, creators Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse confirmed during the panel at San Diego Comic Con that there will be familiar faces from season 1 in the sixth season. Shortly after, Somerhalder, who was also at the event to promote his new show "The Vampire Diaries", gave a nod to the question whether Boone is brought back to "Lost". Boone is also a dead character on the show.

Meanwhile, Dominic Monaghan is one of the regulars on ABC's newbie "Flash Forward" although his character won't appear until after the two-hour pilot.
