Synopsis

In this episode Sam and Mel have their first big doctor's appointment for the pregnancy in town, and Sam has lost his keys. So they have to borrow Dick's vintage truck to go to the appointment. They have still not told the family about the marriage or pregnancy, so they are keeping the appointment hush-hush. In the mean time, Sarah's husband, Chad shows up at the house, and the family just adores him. At the end of the episode Sam parks the truck over some dead leaves, and as the family is gathering for the annual family picture, Mel tells the family about the pregnancy and marriage. A second later, the truck explodes in the background.
