Jack and the team search for a school bus full of wealthy children. The bus disappears with the children and the driver onboard somewhere along the morning route to school and the FBI agents speculate on potential suspects, ranging from students on board the bus, the driver, teachers at the school, and parents of the missing children. Their investigation becomes more focused when they discover the bus abandoned by the side of the road with one child on board. The boy in question tells the agents that the kidnappers want $5million in return for the release of the hostages. However, when one of the students still being held manages to send a mobile phone video message to her mother, it casts doubt on the boy's story. The agents must act quickly on all information that comes in and track down the children before it becomes too late. Also, Jack has reconciled with his wife.
