Synopsis

ÂA brave female firefighter is caught in a strange situation when she must decide whether or not to donate a portion of her lung to her captain; a man that has always mistreated her. The episode begins with a major fire in a nightclub downtown. A young man is trapped in the basement, and a team of firefighters are tasked with getting him out. A young woman on the team has notoriously been passed over by her boss because she is a woman. In a twist of fate, he is badly injured in the fire and needs a new pair of lungs. She is faced with the choice to donate part of her lung to him and Miranda plays a part in convincing the young woman to do the right thing.
