Synopsis

ÂAfter suffering a heart-attack, Andy tells a young pregnant woman that in order to save her and her unborn child she must get a heart transplant. Meanwhile a construction foreman and loving family man becomes brain-dead after a freak accident. The family initially makes the heart-breaking decision to donate his heart to the pregnant woman but his daughter, unable to let go, changes her mind and stops the procurement falsely believing her father still has a chance. With time running out, Ryan pushes the family but David reminds him that no matter the consequences, donations must always be a "gift." Believing her father would want to help, the daughter finally consents to the donation, thus saving two lives.
