Synopsis

Ready to move forward with her life, Lydia (Krista Allen) decides to sell the house she once shared with Harrison (special guest star Jonathan Silverman) and enlists the help of realtor Bob Babcock (guest star Jerry O'Connell.) After learning that his mother plans to sell his childhood home, Nate (Josh Zuckerman) turns to Sam (guest star Emma Fitzpatrick) and Atticus (guest star Jay Ali) to help crash the open house, while Harrison joins in on the plan in his own attempt to win Lydia back. Meanwhile, a frank conversation with Nate causes Jimmy (Nathaniel Buzolic) to have doubts about taking things to the next level with Lydia.
