Rules Of Engagement Episode 7.08 Catering

Brenda invites Jeff and Audrey to an event she is catering at Columbia University. Jeff teases Audrey about the fact she was waitlisted at Columbia and always talks about it. When Brenda finds herself short on staff, she asks Audrey and Jeff to help out. When the guests treat Audrey with disdain and praise Jeff for his bartending skills, she abandons her attempts to fit in with the guests who she believed were her intellectual peers. Russell is offended when Timmy doesn't invite him to dinner with Timmy's parents who are visiting for fear that he will be his usual vulgar and insensitive self. However, Russell crashes the dinner and angers Timmy when he impresses his parents with his recently acquired knowledge of Indian culture. Adam tries to prove to everyone at the dinner that he can handle the spicy food, but he ends up having to go to the hospital.
