Rules Of Engagement Episode 5.03 Rug-of-War

Jeff and Audrey decide to get a new rug and with the help of Timmy whose cousin owns a rug store. As Timmy is taking them rug shopping he leaves Russell alone in the office. Russell assures him he does not need him and will be fine. Chaos ensues while Russell is on his own,ultimately burning Timmy's computer and devastating his work space. Meanwhile, Jeff and Audrey give their old rug to Adam and Jen, but first Jeff tells them he and Audrey had sex on the rug, which completely grosses them out. Their solution is to steam clean the rug and have sex on it to make it their own. Later Jeff and Audrey go to an adoption fair and while having a conversation about which rug to choose; Jeff expressing indifference which irritates Audrey, they are misinterpreted by those around them that they are talking about babies, not a rug. Despite their efforts to explain the misunderstanding, the other prospective parents and recruiters at the fair do not think they are fit to adopt. Ultimately, they decide not to get a new rug and take back their old one, first being informed by Jen as to what she and Adam have done on it.
