Synopsis

Russell is reluctant to give Jen a job as a freelance graphic designer for the company, but gives in when Adam pressures him. Russell quickly realizes that his instincts were right when gets into an argument with Jen about her performance. Meanwhile, Jeff discovers he has "super sperm" after Jen gives him a fertility idol.
