The team tried to locate a terrorist planning several,attacks. When they stop his latest one, they try to locate him they go to the C.I.A. Cause they suspect he has ties to them. The man they talk to says he knows nothing but he meets with someone whom he tells to handle it. Tim calls someone he knows who works for the C.I.A. But before she could say anything she's picked up but they get her back and she tells them that the C..I.A. ran an op wherein they recruited foreigners whom the man they are looking for is. They learn he was caught by his country and imprisoned ans abandoned by the CIA and is looking for revenge only against whom and what's his next target.
