After Molly realizes she's nothing more than a cog in a broken down education system, she has a mini meltdown and ends up climbing out the window of her classroom. She tells Mike she doesn't want to be a teacher anymore. She's lost her passion for it, furthermore, she's always lived her life as "the good girl" and she's still living her mom's basement. Mike supports her decision despite the financial implications, but worries that with all the changes she's making, he's worried that he might be one of them. Ironically, Peggy reassures him that Molly will never change how she loves him.
