Synopsis

INTERNATIONAL TERRORISM -- When a Lebanese drug smuggler and gun runner is murdered, suspects include a Cuban drug dealer and an IRA soldier. Logan (Chris Noth) must confront his own personal bias and sympathy towards the Irish suspect in order to effectively investigate the crime. A.D.A.s, meanwhile, must consult with international attaches, as well as members of the New York Anti-Terrorist Division in order to safely prosecute the alleged killers.
