Synopsis

A man is killed when a crane collages in midtown, but it's no accident. Detectives Lupo (Jeremy Sisto) and Bernard (Anthony Anderson) examine the scene of the crane collapse, and all clues lead to the construction company owner, Wayne Hardy (guest star Frank Converse). The investigation leads prosecutors to the victim's wife, who is discovered to be in a coma, and a controversial procedure that could intentionally stunt a handicapped young girl's growth.
