Synopsis

LONG TERM TENANT FATALLY EVICTED -- When the lone remaining resident of an upper West Side apartment building is found murdered outside her door, Detectives Briscoe (Jerry Orbach) and Green (Jessie L. Martin) attempt to sort through her longstanding battle with the landlord (guest star Linda Thorson) in the hopes of finding a credible suspect. As Executive A.D.A. Jack McCoy (Sam Waterston) and A.D.A. Serena Southerlyn (Elisabeth Rohm) search for a conviction in the case, they find themselves in the middle of a sibling rivalry mired in lost love and greed.
