Synopsis

With Ben and Kate away, Jane and Billy decide they have no choice but to throw a party. However, the party gets some competition from Harper's own party. To make matters worse, Jane has miss it when Gray sends her on an unexpected trip to London to find Jeremy, track down his Harrod's designs, and save Donovan Decker. Jeremy tells Jane he can't help her, while back in the states, the party at Jane's house turns out to be epic. Even Harper blows of her own party to attend! Meanwhile, Zoe takes issue with Billy sleeping over at Jane's house and Billy talks Nick back into his role as Prince Charming. And India and Eli connect in an unexpected way.
