Michelle is approached by Sam and Sal, representatives of 'The Association For The Preservation Of Keeping It Real In Paradise', saying that the permit for the Dance School's amphitheater has not been approved. Milly underhandedly fights back against the committee while Michelle wears a pantsuit as her own way of fighting. In the end, the committee approves the permit for the amphitheater construction. Ginny begins to feel very left out as all of her friends have either a boyfriend or a passion, like Melanie with roller derby. Roman wants to make his relationship with Sasha public but she is very nervous about it until she allows Roman to guide her along the way. Talia shows up in Paradise with the news that her much older boyfriend had just proposed to her and she said yes. Although, Talia feels conflicted when she receives a call from an old friend who wants her to be in his new production of 'Rock of Ages'. Michelle, who is a little jealous, makes a decision to do something more with her life outside of Paradise.
