SNL UK is coming to the US on Peacock! Stream episodes the day after they air in the UK. Watch both versions on one platform starting March 21.

AceShowbiz - The British adaptation of Saturday Night Live UK will soon be available for viewers in the United States through a new streaming agreement. Peacock has secured the U.S. streaming rights for SNL UK, allowing fans to watch episodes the day after they premiere in the United Kingdom. The show is scheduled to debut on March 21 on both Sky One and the streaming platform Now.

This arrangement means that during weeks when both the U.S. and U.K. versions release new episodes, audiences can enjoy two different takes on the iconic comedy format. Peacock will become the exclusive streaming home for both editions, expanding the reach of this influential comedy franchise.

"Saturday Night Live is one of the most influential comedy brands in the world and bringing the UK edition to Peacock is a natural extension of that legacy," said Liz Jenkins, chief business officer at NBCUniversal Entertainment. "As the streaming home of SNL, Peacock is proud to introduce bold new British voices to a global stage."

SNL UK boasts a diverse cast including Hammed Animashaun, Ayoade Bamgboye, Larry Dean, Celeste Dring, George Fouracres, Ania Magliano, Annabel Marlow, Al Nash, Jack Shep, Emma Sidi, and Paddy Young. The show is executive produced by original SNL creator Lorne Michaels, with James Longman serving as lead producer. Direction is handled by Liz Clare, and Daran Jonno Johnson is the head writer.

The production is managed by Universal Television Alternative Studio’s UK team, led by managing director Hellen Kruger Bratt, in partnership with Michaels' Broadway Video. Shanna Baynard oversees production as executive in charge. Andy Charles Smith acts as lead producer for UTAS UK productions alongside production executive Sam Salter.

SNL UK was commissioned by Phil Edgar-Jones, executive director of unscripted originals, and Lisa Clark, commissioning executive at Sky, on behalf of Cecile Frot-Coutaz, CEO of Sky Studios and chief content officer for Sky. This collaboration highlights a significant investment in British comedy content for international audiences.

With this new deal in place, U.S. viewers will gain timely access to the British version of one of television’s most enduring comedy institutions, further bridging the comedic cultures of the U.S. and the U.K.
