Fat Joe's former employee drops serious underage sex claims from lawsuit, but sex trafficking and misconduct allegations remain in amended complaint.

AceShowbiz - Fat Joe recently achieved a significant legal breakthrough as his former employee, Terrance Dixon, revised his lawsuit by removing several of the most serious allegations initially made against the rapper.

In an amended complaint filed on March 26, Dixon eliminated earlier accusations that Fat Joe engaged in sexual activities with minors. The original lawsuit, which was filed last year, contained claims of “predatory behavior” involving girls reportedly “as young as 15 and 16 years old.” These specific allegations have since been omitted from the updated filing.

Dixon, who asserts he worked with Fat Joe for over 15 years as a hype man and business associate, continues to accuse the rapper of sex trafficking and misconduct in the workplace. According to the complaint, Fat Joe “repeatedly arranged, orchestrated and directed sexual encounters” involving Dixon following performances and studio sessions. The lawsuit states that “these encounters were not consensual” and were “carefully arranged by [Fat Joe] in environments fully controlled by him.”

The filing further claims that Dixon felt pressured to comply due to “the credible and persistent threat of retaliation, including loss of income, removal from the tour, stranding in foreign countries, and physical harm.”

Fat Joe has denied all accusations. His lawyer, Jordan Siev, issued a statement declaring, “From the outset, we have always maintained that Terrance Dixon and Tyrone Blackburn’s claims... were nothing more than an elaborate shakedown to extract money from him.” Siev added that the revised complaint “only reinforces that the allegations were baseless.”

In addition to the sexual misconduct and trafficking allegations, Dixon claims that Fat Joe owes him more than $600,000 in unpaid wages for more than 200 performances, according to the lawsuit.
