The movie will feature Pitt as a retired driver who returns to Formula 1 to mentor and compete with a younger teammate, played by Damson Idris. Scheduled for release on June 27, the movie has been filmed at various F1 races worldwide, adding an authentic touch to its high-speed narrative. Amidst his film commitments, Hamilton is gearing up for his debut race with Ferrari following a dramatic switch from Mercedes. Speaking at the PUMA x Ferrari 20 Years of Speed celebration, Hamilton expressed his excitement about donning the iconic red suit of Ferrari.
"It's been a long winter, but it's also been very short. But I'm really grateful we had good testing last week," he said. "I'm just excited to get going. I love racing. Being at Melbourne is going to be very reminiscent of my first Grands Prix there."
