From celebrity status to a fall from grace, Stephen Collins' life took a dramatic turn after shocking allegations surfaced in 2014. Now, a new documentary reveals where he is today.

AceShowbiz - Stephen Collins, once celebrated as "America's Dad" for his role as Reverend Eric Camden on the popular family drama "7th Heaven," has found himself living a drastically different life following a monumental scandal.

Now, at the age of 77, Collins is reportedly married to a 37-year-old superfan of "7th Heaven" and living a quiet life in Fairfield, Iowa. This unexpected turn of events is highlighted in a new Investigation Discovery (ID) docuseries, "Hollywood Demons."

Collins first came under scrutiny in 2014 when it was revealed that he had admitted to sexually abusing three underage girls from 1973 to 1994 during a marriage counseling session with his then-wife, actress Faye Grant.

TMZ published the audio recordings, leading to a public backlash and an investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department. However, no charges were brought against him due to the statute of limitations.

Since then, Collins has largely remained out of the limelight. His marriage to Grant ended in divorce in 2015. Fast forward a few years, and Collins has reportedly tied the knot with Jenny Nagel, a superfan who is 40 years his junior.

According to the ID special, Collins and Nagel have been living together in a $557,000 home in Fairfield, known for its close-knit community and transcendental meditation practices.

Dr. Drew Pinsky, a media personality featured in the docuseries, commented on their significant age difference, stating, "The age difference - given what we know about his history - certainly raises an eyebrow. Let's hope he can commit to this woman and not perpetrate on others."

Nagel reportedly moved to Fairfield in 2018 to study transcendental meditation at the Maharishi University of Management. Both she and Collins are said to regularly attend meditation sessions together.

The documentary delves into Collins' fall from grace and his subsequent retreat from Hollywood. Producers reached out to over 100 contacts connected to Collins, but most either declined to participate or did not respond.

No main cast members from "7th Heaven" are featured in the special either. However, former cast members Jeremy London and Kyle Searles share their reactions to the scandal and Collins' admissions.

London said, "What I noticed about Stephen Collins working with young girls and extras is that I never noticed a damn thing about Stephen Collins working with young girls and extras. He never crossed any lines of any kind."

Despite Collins' scandal, London still looks up to Collins, "Stephen Collins was most certainly America's dad. I mean I wanted him to be my dad. I still want him to be my dad."

However, after he finally listened to Collins' confession for the first time, he admitted, "It's tough. It's hard. I'm a dad, first and foremost, above everything else. And so my first thoughts always go to the children. Stephen Collins would be a dead man if that was my child."

Meanwhile, Searles has quite different response to the whole debacle. "I'm kind of like shaking right now," he said after watching Collins' interview with Katie Couric. It was his first time watching the interview because when the scandal first broke out, "It was me just trying to 'stick your head in the sand' kind of thing."

"This is the first time that I've ever thought that he's full of s**t," Searles went on. "I'm not satisfied with this, I have, like, a knot in my stomach. My whole world changed when I had kids, my whole worldview."

In a 2014 interview with Katie Couric on "20/20," Collins, who did not participate in the documentary, stated, "I'm a flawed person. I had dealt with these things very, very strongly, and committedly, in my private life."
