In an evening full of memorable moments, Serena Williams' surprise appearance during Kendrick Lamar's halftime show performance at the Super Bowl 2025 becomes one of the highlights.

AceShowbiz - Tennis legend Serena Williams made a surprise cameo during Kendrick Lamar's performance at the Super Bowl 2025 halftime show. Her appearance, though brief, raised eyebrows, given her past relationship with Drake who is currently embroiled in a feud with K. Dot.

In a video shared on her Instagram, the retired athlete, 43, practices her moves backstage while getting dressed by a hair and makeup team. Her caption reads, "Let's go Super Bowl halftime??! I died a little! 💃🏿."

During the halftime performance, Williams took to the stage while Lamar delivered "Not Like Us," a diss track aimed at Drake. Before the song, Lamar quipped, "I want to perform their favorite song, but you know how they love to sue," dissing his rival over his lawsuit against Universal Music Group (UMG).

In addition to Williams' surprise cameo, Samuel L. Jackson also appeared during the halftime show, introducing Lamar dressed as Uncle Sam. Lamar performed several of his hits, including "HUMBLE." and "Squabble Up." SZA, another of Drake's exes, also appeared as a special guest, singing "All the Stars" with the rapper.
