AceShowbiz - "America's Got Talent" alum Lindsey Stirling expresses her disappointment over NBC's limited coverage of her halftime show during the Packers-Dolphins game on Thanksgiving night. Despite performing for six minutes in freezing temperatures, only a few seconds of Stirling's performance were aired during halftime. NBC instead focused on a feature about Dolphins fullback Alec Ingold.

The dancer and violinist, who has millions of followers on social media, shared her fans' frustration on Instagram and X, expressing her regret for those who missed her performance. "We performed our hearts out in the freezing cold for 6 minutes straight," Stirling said. "Sorry to all my fans who tuned in to watch and didn't get to see it."

NBC Sports explained that it has featured human-interest stories during halftime of Thanksgiving games since 2013, with in-stadium performances typically receiving only brief coverage.

Despite the disappointment, Stirling thanked the Packers for their hospitality and expressed her gratitude for the support of her fans. She also acknowledged the extreme cold during her performance, noting that her floppy foot kick towards the end was a result of her numb legs.

Stirling's current Snow Waltz Tour continues with stops in Indiana, Missouri, Kansas, Texas, and other locations through December 22nd.
