As Linkin Park fails to block ATEEZ, the South Korean boy band's latest album titled 'GOLDEN HOUR: Part.2' makes its debut on top of the chart with 184,000 units.

AceShowbiz - ATEEZ competed with Linkin Park for the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 chart. As Linkin Park fails to block ATEEZ, the South Korean boy band's latest album makes its debut on the top of the tally.
In the chart dated November 30, the music group's set titled "GOLDEN HOUR: Part.2" enters the chart at No. 1. The album, which was released on November 15, "marks the best week yet for the pop ensemble by both units earned or traditional album sales." It also becomes "the top-selling album of the week" as it debuts at No. 1 on Top Album Sales. In addition, the record is "the sixth-largest sales debut week of 2024 for any title."
Billboard reports that the album earns 184,000 equivalent album units in the United States in the week ending November 21, according to Luminate. The album's SEA units comprise 5,000 or equaling 6.43 million on-demand official streams of the set's songs. Album sales comprise 179,000. Meanwhile, TEA units comprise a negligible sum.
Linkin Park's first new studio album in seven years titled "From Zero" rolls in at No. 2 on the chart as it earns 97,000 equivalent album units earned. It also debuts at No. 2 on Top Album Sales since its album sales comprise 72,000.
Tyler, The Creator's "CHROMAKOPIA", which spent its first three weeks on top of the chart, is pushed down to No. 3 after earning 81,000 equivalent album units. BTS (Bangtan Boys) member Jin's debut solo album titled "Happy" enters the tally at No. 4 with 77,000 equivalent album units earned.
Meanwhile, Sabrina Carpenter's "Short n' Sweet" drops to No. 5 from No. 3 as it earns 72,000 equivalent album units. As for Rauw Alejandro's "Cosa Nuestra", it rolls in at No. 6 after earning 67,000 equivalent album units. The album becomes his first top 10-charting effort on the chart. ENHYPEN's "ROMANCE: UNTOLD" returns to the list at No. 7 with 54,000 equivalent album units earned.
In contrast, Gracie Abrams' "The Secret of Us" dips to No. 8 from No. 4 after earning 50,000 equivalent album units. Similarly, Billie Eilish's "Hit Me Hard and Soft" falls to No. 9 from No. 5 as it earns 49,000 equivalent album units. Furthermore, Chappell Roan's "The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess" drastically descends to No. 10 from No. 6 with 43,000 equivalent album units earned.
