AceShowbiz - Sam Asghari is being a protective boyfriend amid his new relationship. The estranged husband of Britney Spears shielded his rumored new girlfriend Brooke Irvine from a paparazzo when they were spotted together at LAX.

In a video obtained by TMZ, the model/actor and his new boo arrived at the Los Angeles airport on Friday, November 22. When he noticed the camera, the "Hacks" star stood with his back facing the camera, seemingly intentionally blocking it from filming his girlfriend.

Sam, who used to be very responsive to the videographer's questions, was unusually quiet and refused to talk to the paparazzo. He remained mum when asked where he and his female companion were heading to, only speaking to compliment the videographer's long hair. The couple finally managed to evade the paparazzo as they reached the check-in counter.

For the outing, Sam opted for an all-black look in a hoodie and shorts as he shielded his eyes with black sunglasses. He also put on a black cap on his head while carrying a backpack and holding a luggage.

Brooke, meanwhile, flashed her abs in a white crop T-shirt with a black sweater slung over her shoulders. She added a pair of black pants and sunglasses while having a small bag on her shoulder. Her long blonde hair was let loose and cascaded down her chest.

This isn't the first time Sam and Brooke have been spotted together. According to the outlet, the duo has been spending a lot of time together lately and was recently seen shopping at HomeGoods in matching outfits. They also packed on the PDA on a different shopping trip.

Sam and Britney, who tied the knot in June 2022 after six years of dating, separated in July 2023. They finalized their divorce in May, but the marriage won't officially be over until December, which may be the reason why Sam wants to keep quiet on his new romance.
