AceShowbiz - Sabrina Carpenter has caught heat online following the latest show in her ongoing "Short n' Sweet Tour". The singer/actress has been slammed by parents and social media users for performing an X-rated move during her Los Angeles concert on Monday night, November 18.
The 25-year-old star, who has shown racy moves throughout the tour, unlocked a new Juno position while performing at the Kia Forum. In a video taken and shared by a fan on X, formerly known as Twitter, she simulated oral sex with a microphone. She dropped to her knees on the stage and acted out the X-rated move.
After watching the video, many people were left disgusted. "Sabrina is one step away from starting an OnlyFans at this point," someone commented. Another critic wrote, "Can she stop sexualizing herself for 1 minute? LITERAL children are watching this, not just at the concert but also as it keeps appearing on my niece's YouTube."
Other called the latest Juno position "distasteful" and "vulgar," as another opined, "That wasn't cool." A fifth person weighed in, "Carpenter should've restricted 'her concerts to a certain age group' if she wants to act like a 'porn actress.' "
Similarly, an outraged user said, "She should especially warn people before they buy their tickets. Her audience is made up of children." Others compared her tour to a "sex ed" class.
Still, there were people who defended Sabrina against the backlash. Since kicking off her tour on June 20, Sabrina has surprised crowds by acting out different sex positions while singing the line, "Have you ever tried this one?" Throughout the tour, she has demonstrated everything from the reverse cowgirl and the splits to the classic missionary position.
Prior to the Monday night show, which marks the final U.S. show of her "Short n' Sweet" tour, Sabrina has divided people with her racy moves. She will be on break until March, when she is set to resume the tour in Europe.
