AceShowbiz - Jamie Lee Curtis, 65, has opened up about witnessing Lindsay Lohan's unwavering devotion to motherhood during the filming of "Freakier Friday", the upcoming sequel to their iconic 2003 movie.
Curtis, a mother of two herself, noted that Lohan, 38, was constantly in "mom mode" on set. "She just loves it. It's actually very hard to pull her away from mom mode," Curtis told People at the Children's Hospital Los Angeles 2024 Gala.
Although Lohan did not bring her son, Luai, to the set, her husband Bader Shammas would often pick her up from work. "Bader and Luai came and [would wait] for her in her trailer, and then they all go home together," Curtis revealed.
In August, at Disney's D23 fan event, Lohan expressed her desire to swap bodies with her baby. "Just to see - because he is, so pure and just so happy, just to see life through his eyes, every day. He’s just this beautiful bundle of joy. I can’t think of anything else," she said.
Curtis, meanwhile, named WNBA star Caitlin Clark as her ideal body swap candidate, citing her basketball skills. "I wanna play basketball like Caitlin Clark... She's my lucky number, 22," Curtis said.
Curtis is proud of Lohan's newfound motherhood and is looking forward to the release of "Freakier Friday", which is expected to hit theaters sometime in 2025.
