"This dress was literally a miracle to find," she said during the pre-show. "This dress was designed by Gianni Versace for Elizabeth Hurley in 1996, and it hasn't been worn since. So from 1996 to me right now, and I'm just living it up. I'm loving it."

The form-fitting sleeveless gown, adorned with a black leopard print pattern and sparkly red accents, was complemented by Halsey's long, straight bright red hair and muted maroon lip. The look was a perfect blend of classic and contemporary, much like the artist herself.

Beyond her fashion statement, Halsey also opened up about her personal life. When asked about wedding plans with her boyfriend, Avan Jogia, she expressed optimism. "I hope so," she told E! News. "Avan is the best. He's one of the greatest things that ever happened to me." Halsey praised Jogia for his companionship and friendship.
