AceShowbiz - Nicki Minaj is bringing the pink party back with a reloaded tour featuring new looks, surprises, and possible new music. Nicki Minaj is returning to the stage with the second leg of her "Pink Friday 2 World Tour", set to kick off in September.
Taking to social media, she announced that the "G6" will roll into Gag City with a series of upgrades, including new wardrobe choices, changes to the set list and potentially new music for fans.
To add to the excitement, Minaj has enlisted the talents of fellow Young Money rapper Tyga, "Whole Lotta Money" collaborator BIA and Skillibeng as tour openers. She teased, "Let's just say you won't wanna miss it."
The "Pink Friday 2 World Tour" has already made history, with Minaj becoming the highest grossing female rap tour ever. According to Billboard Boxscore, the first North American leg grossed $67 million and sold 439,000 tickets.
Minaj expressed her gratitude to the team behind the tour's success and thanked the guest artists for joining her on the road. The tour will start in Philadelphia on September 4 and conclude with a hometown show at UBS Arena in Long Island on October 11.
