AceShowbiz - Miranda Lambert appeared to have moved on from Brendan McLoughlin's PDA scandal. The "Heart Like Mine" hitmaker, who reportedly was stressed over her marriage to Brendan, took her husband on a romantic getaway in Italy.
On Wednesday, August 14, the 40-year-old country music singer offered social media users a glimpse of her vacation with Brendan. Making use of her Instagram page, she treated her followers to a series of photos and videos from their summer trip to the European country.
One of the photos captured Miranda and Brendan striking a pose at what appeared to be a restaurant. The wedded couple stood close next to each other and flashed their radiant big smiles at the camera. They seemingly were enjoying a breathtaking view of sunset together.
Another snap showed Miranda and Brendan having a blast during a boat ride. The two were photographed standing side-by-side with him placing one of his hands on her shoulder. Behind them was an eye-dropping view of a lake and clear blue sky.
In the same post, Miranda also uploaded a selfie, in which Brendan was not shy to show his affection towards her. While smiling from ear-to-ear, he was pictured wrapping his arm around her. Furthermore, the post included photos of her treating herself to a gelato and him grabbing a plate of pizza.
Along with the photos and clips, Miranda wrote in the caption of the post, "Until next time Italy! Thank you for your beauty, history, art, wine, gelato, sweetest people and the memories," adding a slew of colorful emojis.
The post came more than one month after a controversial video showing Brendan dancing closely with a brunette woman at Casa Rosa, Miranda's Nashville bar, went viral. Another clip from the same night showed him in a deep conversation with a blonde woman who had her hands on his face. Later on, one of the women stressed that their interaction with Brendan was entirely "innocent."
Recently, it was reported that Miranda put Brendan in a "doghouse" following the handsy video. "Miranda gave Brendan a piece of her mind and a warning he'd better mind his behavior or else," a source spilled to In Touch. "Miranda hasn't pulled the plug on her marriage, nor does she want to. But Brendan will be in the doghouse for a while."
