AceShowbiz - Drake has been immortalized as a wax figure in the Big Apple. After Madame Tussauds New York City unveiled Drizzy's new likeness on social media, fans rushed to the comment section to give their reactions.
In a video shared on Instagram and X, formerly Twitter, the wax figure can be seen rocking a gray distressed T-shirt, a brown Sherpa jacket, tie-dyed jeans and white Air Force 1s. The statue, who has his hair braided, also sports a diamond chain, a bracelet and earrings. His right hand, meanwhile, shows the OVO sign.
"Step into the ultimate New Year's Eve concert experience at Madame Tussauds New York!" read the caption of the post. "Our newly revamped Music area brings the excitement of Times Square to life every day, featuring your favorite stars from every era."
"And the star of the show? Drake's newest wax figure has just taken center stage!" it added. "Don't miss your chance to see him and feel like a star surrounded by music legends."
People on X couldn't help but offer their two cents. "That's Taylor Lautner and Drake mixed together," one user opined, while another penned, "he looks like a gta character." A third argued, "Look botched." Others likened him to actor Shemar Moore.
Some users, however, were satisfied enough with the result. One person tweeted, "Why is this so accurate." Another gushed, "Looking nice." A different individual chimed in, "Omg that looked so realll."
Aside from the "Certified Lover Boy" artist, there are other wax figures of some big musicians on the same floor. They include Beyonce Knowles, Megan Thee Stallion, J Balvin, Bad Bunny, Harry Styles, Dua Lipa, and Anitta among others.
