Powerhouse Hollywood law firm co-founded by Allen Grubman has dropped longtime client Sean 'Diddy' Combs after an ultimatum from a bigger-name client, Lady Gaga.

AceShowbiz - Manhattan law firm GSM&S, renowned for representing major figures in the music industry, has severed ties with P. Diddy after facing pressure from Lady Gaga. According to sources, Gaga threatened to leave the firm if Diddy remained a client, citing his alleged misconduct.

An insider revealed, "Lady Gaga said she was leaving [the firm] if they didn't drop Diddy. And she's too big to lose."

Diddy had been with GSM&S for over 20 years and was close with founding partner Allen Grubman. However, the firm's concerns about reputational damage and the potential loss of other high-profile clients outweighed their loyalty to Diddy.

The firm's influential roster includes Elton John, Barbra Streisand, Lil Nas X, The Weeknd, Madonna, U2, and Drake. Insider sources indicate that GSM&S feared a mass exodus if they did not cater to Gaga's demands.

Diddy has faced allegations of assault and misconduct, including a disturbing surveillance video released in 2016. It showed him assaulting then-girlfriend Cassie. Mayor Eric Adams revoked his key to New York City shortly after the video became public, and Diddy has recently scrubbed his Instagram account.

The Embattled star initially denied the accusations levelled against him by Cassie. He settled her lawsuit out of court but vehemently denied any wrongdoing. After the video surfaced, he issued an apology but his remorse fell on deaf ears.

Meanwhile, Diddy's IMDB page and Combs Global website have been altered, removing all references to his previous representation by GSM&S.

Despite his former status as a high-paying client, Combs was unable to withstand the influence of Lady Gaga, whose unparalleled success in the music industry has made her a force to be reckoned with in the legal realm.
