After a recent DWI arrest, Justin Timberlake is already back on social media and on stage, reconnecting with fans and promoting his tour as he attempts to move past his legal troubles.

AceShowbiz - Justin Timberlake, the 43-year-old pop sensation, is making headlines once again. Just nine days after his arrest for driving while intoxicated (DWI) in Sag Harbor, New York, Timberlake has taken to Instagram to unveil new merchandise for his ongoing Forget Tomorrow World Tour. This also marked his first social media appearance since the incident.

"Had to do it @nyknicks," Timberlake captioned his video showcasing the new blue-and-orange t-shirt at Madison Square Garden, home to the New York Knicks.

In the Instagram video, Timberlake enthusiastically promoted his Knicks-inspired merch, saying, "This is so important right now. Let's go, got y'all's Knicks colors. We had to do it! Bing bong!"

Despite the limited comments under the post, the singer received notable support from NFL star and Justin Timberlake fan, Travis Kelce, who commented, "[fire emojis] NEEED THAT ONE!!"

Timberlake's comeback tour hit Madison Square Garden on Tuesday, with his wife Jessica Biel and their son Phineas in the crowd to show their support. This emotional outing came as Timberlake candidly addressed his recent challenges, admitting to fans in Chicago, "It's been a tough week," but added, "We've been together through ups and downs and lefts and rights … but you're here, and I'm here, and nothing can change this moment right now."

His arrest on June 18 involved failing to stop at a stop sign and swerving across lanes in his 2025 BMW. Timberlake, who claimed he had "one martini" before driving, performed poorly on field sobriety tests and showed signs of intoxication. A Sag Harbor Police spokesperson noted, "Upon contact with [Timberlake], it was ascertained that [he] was operating said vehicle in intoxicated conditions."

After his arrest, a source shared that Timberlake is feeling "remorseful, ashamed, and humiliated, but also accountable," but continues to view the incident as a "major lapse of judgement."

Timberlake's attorney, Ed Burke, stated, "[We] look forward to vigorously defending Mr. Timberlake against these allegations. He will have a lot to say at the appropriate time." Timberlake is scheduled to appear in court again on July 26.

As Timberlake strives to return to normalcy, his Forget Tomorrow World Tour shows no signs of stopping. Following the New York concerts, he is set to perform across Europe, aiming to reconnect with fans and put his recent difficulties behind him.
