The former 'Saturday Night Live' writer sparks rumors that he has secretly married the actress after posting and deleting a picture of him wearing a silver band on that finger on Father's Day.

AceShowbiz - John Mulaney might have let out a hint at his relationship status with Olivia Munn. The comedian has sparked speculation that he and his partner might have tied the knot with his recent Father's Day post.

On Sunday, June 16, the former "Saturday Night Live" writer uploaded on his Instagram page a photo of him eating a baked potato alongside his 2-year-old son Malcolm. The toddler sat beside him and worked on an art project while wearing a T-shirt that read, "Yes. I know I look like Daddy."

In the image, John wore a silver band on his ring finger. He deleted the picture rather quickly and replaced it with two photos of him and his son playing with bubble wrap on the floor, leaving fans suspicious.

John Mulaney's Initial Father's Day Post

John Mulaney posted and deleted a picture of him wearing a silver ring on Father's Day.

Eagle-eyed social media users took to Reddit to discuss whether Olivia and John have gotten married. "It's weirder that he deleted it than it is for them to get married TBH. Like it feels weird to go out of your way to hide that you got married," one person weighed in.

"the way i did not even notice and just thought he did two posts for fathers day for fun," another responded to John's suspicious move. Someone else commented on his latest Instagram post, "I truly hope the rumors are true and y'all are married. Such a cute family and you so deserve to have your happy ending."

John and Olivia have been dating since 2021 and welcomed their first child together in November of the same year. In March of this year, the actress announced that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer in 2023. She reveled that she had four surgeries in the previous ten months, including a double mastectomy. Munn described the cancer as "aggressive" and "fast moving," but was caught with "enough time that I had options."

Showing his support for his girlfriend, John commented on Olivia's post revealing her cancer diagnosis, "Thank you for fighting so hard to be here for us." He added, "Malc and I adore you."

Olivia later acknowledged John's support during her cancer battle. "It would've felt like climbing an iceberg without him," she told PEOPLE in an interview published in April. "I don't think he had a moment to himself," she elaborated, "between being an incredibly hands-on father and going to and from the hospital, taking Malcolm to the park, putting him to nap, driving to Cedars-Sinai, hanging out with me, going home, putting Malcolm to bed, coming back to me." She went on noting, "And he did it all happily."
