AceShowbiz - Tori Spelling and her children vacated her latest $15,000-a-month rental home. The "Beverly Hills, 90210" alum, however, angered the homeowner and neighbors with the state of the property that the actress left before she moved out.
According to Daily Mail, the 51-year-old star and her five children, Liam, 17, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, Finn, 11, and Beau, 7, vacated the $15,000-a-month home on June 1 in a hurry. The family left just four months after signing the lease.
The owner of the lavish five-bedroom, three-bath rental home in the west San Fernando Valley told the outlet that the property was "completely trashed." The homeowner added, "Just look at the big dumpster they had to bring in. It's been filled up several times since she moved out on June 1."
Of Tori's $7,500 deposit, a former neighbor said, "I'd be shocked if that covered all the damages. It would cost at least that much to just replace the two couches. And look at all the workers here trying to get it back to they way it was before she moved in."
The person further divulged, "Let's just say I doubt she’ll be getting her security deposit back. The smell of urine is everywhere, on the couch cushions and inside the home. There are marks all over the walls, from who knows what."
The outlet additionally published photos of soiled furniture, pet carriers and other household items left outside the home on the curb. A random DVD video, kids toys and more were also seen in the pictures.
Tori and her family have been moving around for the past months and the latest property is their fourth place they lived at within the last year. They were initially forced to leave in a cheap motel and RV after they left their long-term rental in July 2023 due to mold infestation.
They later moved a "fully furnished rental home" in the Woodland Hills area of Los Angeles which cost a whopping $18,000 each month. That didn't last long because they moved just a week later after an armed hostage situation unfolded at a neighboring home. They had to evacuate as a SWAT team infiltrated the house.
In addition to housing problems, Tori is facing financial issues as she owes City National Bank over $200,000.
