The 'Ocean Eyes' singer gets candid when talking about her dating struggles in a new interview, recalling being ghosted by someone she'd known for years.

AceShowbiz - Even global pop sensation Billie Eilish isn't immune to the dating struggles many young people face. In a candid interview, she reveals her experiences with ghosting.
In a recent appearance on the BBC podcast "Miss Me?," Eilish, 22, revealed that she has fallen victim to ghosting. She recalled an incident that occurred in December, calling it "the craziest ghosting" she had ever encountered.
She remembered having "a plan with someone, day of, on the phone, making a plan, this is my address, be there at 3 - never heard from him again. Ever." She exclaimed, "I was like, 'What a f***ing little pathetic man. What a tiny little man.' It was literally unbelievable. To this day, never texted me again."
"I was like, 'Did you die? Did you literally die?' " she quipped before dropping a clue without giving out any name, "It was somebody that I'd also known for years." She then saw the person dating someone else, "And I was like, 'Oh.' I didn't know people still did that. I genuinely didn't know people did that."
Unlike her relationship with the unnamed person, Eilish remains on friendly terms with her former boyfriend, The Neighbourhood frontman Jesse Rutherford, 32. "That's my guy, truly one of my favorite people in the world," she told Rolling Stone.
However, Eilish admitted that she has reservations about dating again after their split, saying, "I plan on never dating again. That's not true, obviously. But no, I don't see myself being serious with anyone until I find someone that really feels right to me."
In the same interview, Eilish opened up about her sexuality and the personal growth she has experienced. She explained that writing and recording the song "Lunch" from her album "Hit Me Hard and Soft" helped her come to terms with her identity.
"That song was actually part of what helped me become who I am, to be real," she said. "I wrote some of it before even doing anything with a girl, and then wrote the rest after. I've been in love with girls for my whole life, but I just didn't understand - until, last year, I realized I wanted my face in a vagina."
