AceShowbiz - BIA and Cardi B's attempt to resolve their issues apparently didn't work. The "WHOLE LOTTA MONEY" femcee previewed a diss track aimed at the latter after the "WAP" hitmaker claimed they had a "very nasty" phone call to address their feud.
On Saturday night, June 1, the "Sisterhood of Hip Hop" alum shared an Instagram video of her in a studio. In the clip, she plays the said diss track wherein she makes cheating allegations and mentioning Cardi's children, Wave and Kulture.
"Got a dark soul, got a bright future/ Imma let her know I'm a sharp shooter," the 32-year-old raps over a beat reminiscent of Future and Metro Boomin's "Like That". "You ain't nothin' but a f**k girl, I see right through ya'."
"Put it on your gang that they ain't f**k you in/ Put it on your name since you so gangsta like yo f**kin' friends/ Put it on your hubby since you lying on your vows/ I write all my verses, I can do this s**t for hours," BIA continues. In the caption, she wrote, " 'SUE ME' ??? That's not hip hop."
Earlier that day, Cardi B hopped on Instagram Live, revealing that she had reached out to her rival by phone. "The conversation started very nasty. It started very aggressive," the mom of two admitted. "I was coming at her, and she was coming at me. But then I called her back because…I'm so appalled at the fact that she thinks I’m copying her, or stealing from her, 'cause there's nothing that she does that I like. I don't like her music, I don't like her style…I don't even see the b***h."
Cardi then addressed the drama surrounding her verse on GloRilla and Megan Thee Stallion's "Wanna Be (Remix)". On the track, she raps, "Guess I'm a teacher since you wanna sub me/ She did one had no idea, thought she was on the shelf IKEA/ Hope she talk like that when I see her/ B***h please don't nobody wanna be her (BIA)."
Cardi then jokingly encouraged her followers to stream BIA's music, saying the rapper needed to recoup her publishing. She also threatened to release their phone conversation, saying, "We ended the conversation very nicely, and you still went to the internet dissing me."
"After the conversation, you went and you started saying I copied your music video…Then you going around lying about my p***y to my man's boys and s**t," the Grammy winner added. "What?... When I called her on the phone, I wanted clarity, and that's exactly what we got."
Cardi also accused BIA of being jealous of her. "At first, when she kept dissing me…I was like, 'damn, maybe she's doing it for clout. You know, I'm Cardi B. B***hes gonna always look for clout when it comes to me. But when she started doing that rumor s**t, it's like 'damn, it's more than clout. It's jealousy.' "
Cardi went on to stress, "I don't wanna dress like you, I don't wanna look like you, I don't wanna rap like you, I don't listen to your music, I don't know what the f**k you be doing, b***h." She then concluded, "You not interesting to me."
