AceShowbiz - Khloe Kardashian is on a journey of recovery and resilience as she mends from a recent injury that disrupted her usual fitness routine. On June 1, the Good American founder shared an inspirational video via Instagram, offering her 300 million followers a glimpse into her determined effort to get back to her rigorous workouts.
"I hurt myself and couldn't workout the way I wanted to for almost 2 months," she captioned, showcasing an intense workout featuring push-ups, pull-ups, and a variety of challenging exercises with her personal trainer Don Brooks, also known as Don-A-Matrix.
Khloe, who is also mom to 6-year-old daughter True and nearly 2-year-old son Tatum with ex Tristan Thompson, revealed that she's been gradually working her way back. "Little by little, a few more weeks and I'll be there. Then - I have to stay ready so I don't need to get ready," she noted.
Despite not specifying the nature of her injury, her workout regimen appeared extensive, involving arm, core, and leg exercises, highlighting her commitment to staying fit.
In addition to solo workouts, Khloe has often shared gym sessions with her family. In January, her sister Kim Kardashian posted an Instagram Stories clip of them working out together. Kim, 43, was seen doing deadlifts as Khloe cheered her on, leading to a playful exchange about training for "life" vs. "The Olympics."
Moreover, Khloe's youngest son, Tatum, has also made special appearances during her workouts. In April 2023, she shared videos where Tatum watched her from the sidelines as she exercised with cables and a yoga ball. Her trainer even paused to give Tatum a motivational talk, emphasizing the importance of family time even during fitness routines.
Balancing motherhood isn't without its challenges. Recently, Khloe admitted feeling exhausted and overwhelmed without a live-in nanny, a confession that sparked mixed reactions online.
On the latest episode of "The Kardashians", Khloe opened up to her sister Kourtney Kardashian about the difficulties of solo parenting while Tristan is often away for his NBA commitments. Despite the criticism about her privileged lifestyle, many fans defended her, acknowledging that parenting is tough, irrespective of one's socio-economic status.
Currently, Khloe continues to prioritize fitness, revealing on the health podcast "SheMD" that her routine, which includes "cardiovascular intervals with weightlifting," has been years in the making. She endures the daily grind without losing sight of her goals, embodying a spirit of perseverance and inspiring young fans by showing that setbacks can be overcome with determination and hard work.
