A representative for Jen reveals that the incarcerated star threatens to sue her 'The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City' co-star and the Bravo honcho for the 'wordings' used in the show's season 4 reunion preview.

AceShowbiz - Jen Shah is reportedly threatening to sue Heather Gay, Andy Cohen and Bravo over claims that she gave her "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" co-star a black eye. A representative for Jen revealed on Thursday, January 4 that the incarcerated star is "most likely going to seek legal action" due to the "wordings" used in season 4 reunion preview.

The rep told Page Six that Jen, who is currently serving her prison sentence for fraud, "caught wind" of the reunion preview. "If in the final cut of the three-part 'RHOSLC' reunion, Heather makes any direct reference to Jen Shah giving her the black eye, legal action will be taken by the Shah family against Andy Cohen, NBC Universal, Bravo, Shed Media, and Heather for slander and defamation," the rep told the news outlet.

In the preview, which was unveiled on Wednesday night, Andy could be heard asking Heather if "Jen gave [her] the black eye." To the question, Heather simply replied, "Yeah." Heather's answer prompted the Bravo executive producer to ask her "how it happened."

The Beauty Lab + Laser founder, who previously insisted that she didn't know how it happened, shockingly revealed in season 4 finale on Tuesday that Jen was the one who punched her. While confronting newcomer Monica Garcia about her alleged involvement with the Instagram account Reality Von (Tea)se, Heather said of Jen, "Who you are made no sense, but the way you acted was strangely familiar. And the pain that we went through and the way that we were tormented and tortured?"

She added, "I ate s**t every day for her. I felt like I had to lie to protect her. I did whatever it took. I went on book tour and defended her, and took s**t for the fact that she gave me a black eye."

Jen, however, vehemently denied the claims. "BRAVO, if I punched Heather in her eye, you guys would have footage to prove it. It's clear the show can't live without me since I was brought up at the beginning, middle and end of season 4," a statement on her Instagram Story read.

She then blasted Andy, accusing the Bravo honcho of being "butt hurt that I turned down his 1:1 interview." She noted, "Why would you sit down with someone who 'gave' another cast member a black eye? Next story."
