After Kourtney and husband Travis Barker were recently spotted at a L.A. hospital, the Khy founder's new sighting has appeared to fuel speculations that Kourtney had welcomed her son.

AceShowbiz - Kourtney Kardashian may have given birth to her first child with husband Travis Barker. After the couple was allegedly spotted at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Monday, October 30, Kourtney's sister Kylie Jenner's new sighting appeared to fuel speculations that Kourtney had welcomed her son.
According to a new report, the Kylie Cosmetics founder was seen arriving in her car at the Los Angeles hospital on Thursday afternoon. Her sighting was believed to be a strong sign that Kourtney had given birth to her fourth child.
Sources previously told Daily Mail that Kourtney had a labor on Tuesday, but she decided to keep it under wraps for now. TMZ also noted that people surrounding the Kardashians were "unusually sketchy on the subject," as if they hid something.
Prior to this, Travis revealed during his appearance on "One Life One Chance" podcast when his wife's due to give birth. "Halloween," Travis told host Toby Morse. "It's either Halloween or the first week of November."
During the interview, the Blink-182 drummer additionally shared the name of their baby. "It's the week that Rocky's due. Rocky Thirteen Barker," he said. "He's gonna come out of my wife's vagina, like doing front-kicks and push-ups."
Of the moniker's special meaning, Travis once explained, "Rocky George played guitar for Suicidal Tendencies, and 13 is just the greatest number of all time," he explained, "And Rocky, the greatest boxing movie of all time."
Rocky will be Kourtney and Travis' first child together. Kourtney is already a mom to daughter Penelope Scotland (11) and sons Reign Aston (8) and Mason Dash (13) with ex Scott Disick. As for Travis, the rocker shares daughter Alabama Barker (17), son Landon Barker (19) as well as stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya (24) with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
