AceShowbiz - Kylie Jenner is currently facing a second lawsuit filed by a housekeeper alleging severe workplace harassment during her employment with the celebrity.

The new complaint, obtained by Rolling Stone, comes from Juana Delgado Soto, who states she began working for the Kylie Jenner in 2019. Delgado Soto claims she was subjected to harsh working conditions, including denial of meal and rest breaks, and was deprived of sick and holiday pay. According to the lawsuit, the workload and demands placed on her became "unbearable," echoing allegations made in a similar lawsuit filed just a week earlier by another housekeeper.

The lawsuit details that a supervisor mocked Delgado Soto’s English, labeling her "stupid," and retaliated when she raised complaints by cutting her hourly pay from $41.66 to $35. Additionally, she alleges she was assigned unreasonable workloads following her protests. Delgado Soto also asserts she was pressured to return to work immediately after her brother died and was denied permission to attend his funeral without providing documentation.

In a desperate attempt to reach Kylie Jenner, Delgado Soto claims she left a note on a massage table shortly before the star’s scheduled treatment appointment. The note reportedly read, "I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused. I really apologize for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn't allow this to happen, if you were aware of it." It remains unclear if Jenner ever received or read the note, and her longtime spokeswoman did not respond to requests for comment.

According to the suit, Delgado Soto was threatened with termination the day after leaving the note and was told never to contact Jenner again. Two days later, she sought emergency medical treatment, where a doctor prescribed a week of rest due to mental health concerns. Despite this, her request for sick leave was denied, and she was reminded of a nondisclosure agreement she had signed. Upon returning to work, supervisors allegedly instructed her not to make eye contact or smile at Jenner and to leave any room immediately if Jenner entered.

The complaint further alleges that Delgado Soto was required to photograph discarded food to prove she was not stealing it and was forced to clean the house of Jenner’s boyfriend, who is not named in the lawsuit. Publicly, Jenner has been in a relationship with actor Timothée Chalamet for three years.

Delgado Soto’s complaint states that on August 6, 2025, she texted her supervisor describing symptoms of intense anxiety, sleep disturbances, and compulsive nail-biting caused by workplace harassment. Rather than receiving support, the supervisor reportedly asked if she was quitting. Delgado Soto claims she was effectively terminated at that point and continues to suffer from severe emotional distress and anxiety.

The 31-page legal filing names several defendants: Jenner herself, her company Kylie Jenner Inc., staff supervisor Itzel Sibrian, Tri Star Services, and La Maison Family Services. The complaint asserts multiple claims, including whistleblower retaliation, race discrimination, failure to accommodate a disability, and failure to pay wages and overtime. Delgado Soto is seeking compensatory and punitive damages, which will be determined during trial proceedings.

This lawsuit follows closely on the heels of a similar suit filed by another housekeeper, indicating ongoing legal challenges related to working conditions within the Kylie Jenner household. The outcomes of these cases could have significant repercussions for the celebrity and her management team.
